tnaxnxx complies with and enforces copyright protection laws. As an online service provider, we respect the intellectual property rights of copyright holders and take copyright violations extremely seriously.
tnaxnxx provides legal copyright owners with a platform for self-publishing through the uploading, storage, and display of various types of media. However, we do not actively monitor or pre-screen uploaded content and rely on copyright owners to report unauthorized uses of their works through our official takedown process.

1. Reporting Copyright Infringement

If you are a copyright owner (or an authorized agent acting on behalf of a copyright owner) and believe that material on the tnaxnxx website is being used without authorization, you must notify us in writing to request removal of the allegedly infringing material.

Alternatively, you may send a written DMCA notice to our Designated Copyright Agent via email, facsimile, or postal mail as provided below.

2. DMCA Takedown Notice Requirements

In accordance with 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3), your DMCA notice must include all of the following elements to be considered valid:

1. (a) Identification of the copyrighted work(s) allegedly infringed
   • If multiple copyrighted works are being infringed, you must provide a detailed list of each work.
   • If the content is registered with the U.S. Copyright Office or another copyright authority, providing the registration number(s) is recommended.
2. (b) Specific identification of the allegedly infringing material
   • Provide a detailed description of the infringing content, including:
   • Direct URL(s) (web addresses) of the infringing content.
   • Any relevant metadata or descriptions that can help locate the material.
   • Generalized claims (e.g., “This video contains my content”) will not be accepted.
3. (c) Contact information of the complaining party
   • Full legal name (or entity name, if applicable)
   • Physical mailing address
   • Telephone number
   • Valid email address for communication
4. (d) Good-faith declaration
   “I hereby state that I have a good faith belief that the use of the copyrighted material described above is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.”
5. (e) Accuracy statement under penalty of perjury
   “I hereby state that the information contained in this notice is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, I am the copyright owner or am authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.”
6. (f) Signature
   • A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or their authorized agent.

3. False Claims & Misrepresentations

Under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f), any person who knowingly makes a material misrepresentation that content was removed in error or falsely claims infringement may be subject to legal liability, including:

• Court-imposed damages, including attorney’s fees
• Potential criminal prosecution for fraudulent claims

Submitting fraudulent DMCA complaints will not result in content removal and may lead to legal action against the complainant.

4. Counter-Notification Process (For Users Whose Content Was Removed in Error)

If you believe that your content was removed due to an incorrect DMCA claim, you have the legal right to submit a DMCA Counter-Notification in accordance with 17 U.S.C. § 512(g).

Your Counter-Notification must include:

1. Identification of the removed content (including URLs).
2. Your contact information (full name, mailing address, email, and phone number).
3. A statement under penalty of perjury that:
   • You have a good-faith belief that the content was removed in error.
   • You consent to jurisdiction in your location and agree to accept service of process if the copyright owner initiates legal action.
4. Your electronic or physical signature.

If we receive a valid counter-notification, we may restore the content unless the original complainant files a lawsuit within 10 business days.

5. Repeat Copyright Infringers Policy

• Users who receive multiple copyright strikes may face permanent account termination and IP address bans.
• Copyright owners who repeatedly submit fraudulent or invalid takedown requests will be reported for abuse of the DMCA system.

TNAXNXX reserves the right to terminate accounts and block access to users who engage in repeat infringement or abuse the DMCA process.
